At the Marl Chemical Park, Evonik and its partners are driving forward the issue of sustainability: The MACBETH project aims to revolutionize large-scale reactions such as hydroformylation by making them more energy efficient and thus reducing emissions. It already works in the lab-now the process is being tested in a demonstration plant under industrial conditions.
